Our client based in Bournemouth has a requirement for a highly motivated and self-driven Franchise Sales Agent to join their ambitious team and help expand their ever-growing network of franchisees. This is a full-time remote position with ad-hoc travel to the Bournemouth HQ.

We are looking for someone UK based who will be able to work evenings and weekends as their usual work pattern, after onboarding has been completed. There is some flexibility with the hours of work and these can be discussed on application.

In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads across different channels, engage with prospects by phone, email, live chat and social media messaging, qualify leads through initial discovery conversations and use a consultative approach to progress the prospects to the next stage and use a CRM system to track and follow up on leads.

?We are looking for an experienced prospecting / sales professional who has experience selling relationships and/or luxury products. In an ideal world, your background would be travel franchise, franchise sales or something similar.

You will be familiar with managing the enquiry pipeline at all stages and the volume of calls required to reach a conversion. You will be driven to succeed, to not only hit targets, but to smash them out of the park. You will have experience of fully using a CRM system to its full extent - experience with HubSpot would be a distinct advantage.

Ideally you will be experienced in handling both outbound and inbound sales enquiries via phone, text, email and social media. You are disciplined, self-driven and target-oriented and can work well independently while also enjoying being part of a highly motivated team.

As you will need be working evenings and weekends, you will need to be able to work alone, be self-motivated to always achieve and be a fantastic ambassador. You will also be responding to enquiries, signposting or providing information that is requested.
