Finance Manager is required for an office-based role working for a business with a variety of companies in different sectors. This role would suit someone who likes to manage a team day to day but also conduct their 121's and appraisals and develop and training them to their full potential. You will also be part of a digital transformation and software improvement project.Key duties:
- Manage the day-to-day finance team reporting into an FC
- Staff training and development
- Supporting the Financial Controller
- Financial reporting and analysis to the board
- VAT
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Management Accounts for a number of businesses within the group
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
Qualifications and skills:
- QBE or part or fully qualified
- Practice background an advantage
- Team management and development (5-10 staff)
- Digital transformation and software improvement skills highly desirable
- Confident and organised
