Finance Manager is required for an office-based role working for a business with a variety of companies in different sectors. This role would suit someone who likes to manage a team day to day but also conduct their 121's and appraisals and develop and training them to their full potential. You will also be part of a digital transformation and software improvement project.Key duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day finance team reporting into an FC
  • Staff training and development
  • Supporting the Financial Controller
  • Financial reporting and analysis to the board
  • VAT
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Management Accounts for a number of businesses within the group
  • Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow

Qualifications and skills:

  • QBE or part or fully qualified
  • Practice background an advantage
  • Team management and development (5-10 staff)
  • Digital transformation and software improvement skills highly desirable
  • Confident and organised
