Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial law matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support client cases
  • Attending court hearings and representing clients in commercial litigation matters
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualifications
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales or a CILEX Lawyer
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
