We’re a specialist recruitment agency partnering with this well known client to source a Cargo Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of their cargo facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in logistics.
As the Cargo Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of cargo within a regulated warehouse environment. You'll lead a team of cargo operatives, coordinate inventory and customs procedures, and maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities to meet service-level targets

Manage staffing levels, shift coverage, and resource allocation

Oversee compliance with customs, safety, and security procedures

Conduct facility checks to ensure a tidy, operationally ready environment

Liaise with internal teams and third-party logistics partners

Ensure all staff receive relevant training and attend daily briefings

Maintain effective communication and coordination throughout the cargo chain
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in warehouse or cargo operations

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams

Working knowledge of customs processes and inventory control systems

Ability to work airside and pass relevant background/security checks
