Vision for Education are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a great school located in Pontypridd.

The right candidates would be dedicated and passionate in working with children and supporting them with their learning.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping the children engaged with their learning.
• Supporting the class teacher in classroom management, setting up for the day, and supporting the pupils.
• General administrative work
• Uphold the schools’ policies and values, ensuring the safety of the pupils.

What we are looking for:

• An enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has a passion for working with children.
• Good general standard of education
• Someone who can promote and contribute to the school’s ethos and culture.
• To be able to build a good rapport with the children and other staff members.
• Flexibility and reliability.
