- Experience testing within an end to end software development and delivery lifecycle, including test management, planning, analysis, and execution.
- Experience testing across technical stacks contributing to infrastructure, application, and database development.
- A MYSQL / MS SQL Server data background.
- ETL background.
- Predominantly Manual testing experience.
- Happy being hands on and also a team manager of a small team
- Ensure quality and associated test practices are embedded within the solutions development and delivery lifecycle.
- Making decisions regarding most appropriate test methods.
- Build positive relationships working alongside and in collaboration with other functions and client teams.
- Support and mentor members of the solutions team and wider business whilst also contributing to ways of working, embracing, and endorsing continuous improvement.
