Our client is looking for a forefront Corporate Receptionist who can deliver positive office experience as a cultural ambassador and is able to communicate at a highest standard. We are looking for engaging personality's who enjoy delivering excellent customer service.Monday - Friday, - 40 Hours, various shifts between 7am-7pm Main duties and responsibilities as a Corporate Receptionist:* Meet and greet clients upon arrival providing first class guest service* Issue visitors passes accordingly* Update the client contact details book every week* Create and amend client profiles on company system to ensure safeguarding* Assist clients with booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments* Document service handling* Managing emails/ telephone calls* Perform other duties as assigned* Be the first point of contact between hosts and visitorsRequirements for the Corporate Receptionist:* Knowledge and experience of working in a mail room environment desirable* Experience of delivering 5* service in a customer focused environment* A warm demeanour and desire to collaborate with others is key.* Desiree to provide first class guest service* skills with Microsoft office : Word, Excel, and Outlook* Excellent telephone skillsPrevious experience:* A minimum of 1-2 years experience (e.g. front desk, concierge, hospitality, room management or customer service roles) Preferred from either a quality Hotel or Corporate settingPlease apply for the Corporate Receptionist.
