About You

  • An Engineering Graduate with programming experience in any language as training is provided.
  • You will hold an engineering degree or similar qualification: Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive engineering.
  • You will have a strong aptitude for Mathematics
  • You will need strong problem-solving skills
  • You will be able to think creatively and be solution orientated with a can-do attitude
  • Although they are looking for Engineers primarily, they also want them to have computer programming skills so that there is an opportunity for them to progress within the department if the need arises. This could be programming that was used as part of an Engineering project, or maybe a personal project that they undertook.

Job Description

  • You will be a part of an established, growing Team that sits between Design and Manufacturing
  • You will be working in conjunction with the R&D, IT and Manufacturing departments to help provide efficient manufacturing solutions.
  • You will work on solutions across a variety of projects varying in complexity.
  • You will display confidence in your ideas and opinions as you will shape the new systems being built.
  • As a Graduate Design Engineer, you’ll receive training, mentoring and support.

  • Basic Salary up to £30k
  • Hybrid working pattern: (2 days Home /3 days in the office)
