Head Waiter Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in providing impeccable guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience
• Mentor and train junior staff, promoting teamwork and ensuring consistent service delivery in line with standards
• Oversee table assignments and coordinate service between the kitchen and front of house to maintain efficient service flow
• Stay updated on the menu and wine offerings to confidently advise and upsell to guests, enhancing their dining experience
• Ensure all service standards are met consistently, from table setup to guest interactions and complaint resolution
• Support and implement sustainability goals by minimizing waste, promoting local sourcing, and encouraging eco-friendly practices
