Fire Risk Assessor key duties:
- Carrying out a type 1, 3 and 4 fire risk assessments
- Evaluate and improve existing fire risk assessments
- Carrying out surveys of any major works carried out on properties
- Identify hazards and risks associated with fire, across simple and complexed buildings
- Completing reports to a high standard using MS word and excel, to include imports of digital images into documents using a tablet web-based software
- Carrying out off plan building appraisals and creating detailed method statements
Qualifications and experience:
- A Fire Risk Assessing qualification
- Must have completed a minimum of 20+ FRA in the past 12 months
- NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Fire
- Member of IFSM (tier 2 or tier 3)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience post qualification experience
- A full clean UK driving license is essential for the role
- All applicants must provide examples of a FRA completed within the last 6 months
