The Opportunity
As a Surfacing Solutions Supervisor at Aggregate Industries, you'll lead the charge in delivering top-quality surfacing solutions while upholding stringent safety standards and adhering to company protocols.
This role involves shifts, weekends, and nights to accommodate our operational needs.
Ensure safe work practices aligned with company Integrated Management System, prioritising safety for public, customers, and site employees.
Implement systems meeting contract requirements, cascading them to supervisors and relevant personnel.
Oversee contract compliance, directing supervisors, planning workload, and monitoring production targets.
Manage procurement, supply chain, site records, equipment, and customer relations efficiently, while enforcing disciplinary procedures as needed.
Who you are
You will have a solid understanding of safety protocols and a proven track record of implementing them effectively within the company's Integrated Management System.
Experienced in managing contracts, ensuring strict adherence to contract requirements throughout project execution.
Proficient in planning and coordinating workload to meet project targets efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to manage procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
Experienced in managing supply chain contractors, maintaining accurate site records, and liaising with customers to drive innovation and improvements.
