T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our Client on a Temporary to Permanent basis located in Coalville.

Machine Operative job Details & Benefits;
- £11.69 per hour
- Rotating shifts - 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm
- Permanent role after 12 weeks

Machine Operative Role & Responsibilities include;
- Following instructions from a written procedure to set up the machine
- Quality checking products from start to finish
- Lifting drums onto machinery and feeding products through
- Changing tooling sets ups depending on the job working on
- Packing bespoke products
Machine Operative Person Specification;
- Must have the ability to follow instructions from a written procedure
- Must be able to read and understand a basic specification drawing, dimensions, and tolerances
- The ability to operate a production line and associated equipment
- To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- Good communication skills are essential at all levels
