The Company

Our client are specialists within health, beauty and pet care. Due to business expansion, they are now recruiting Flexi Forklift Drivers.

Location: Bardon Hill- LE67

Hours of work

Shift: Monday to Friday; 08:00-17:00

Pay Rates: £12.00 p/h

The Role

• Operating forklift truck with all health, safety and environmental requirements
• Take delivery of goods and supplies
• Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck (desirable)
• Locate and store goods appropriately within the warehouse
• Operating and maintaining large pieces of plant and equipment
• Working with a close team of other operators to maximise line efficiency
• Operate production lines to achieve agreed efficiency targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Check for damaged or missing items
• Maintain organised quarantine area for goods from suppliers with quality issues
• Pick production orders according to the Production Schedule
• Pick off-the-shelf items for orders according to the Production Schedule
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
