We are searching for someone that is looking to join a successful company based in Leatherhead and play an extremely important role for the business which is within the Business Development Team.

This financially stable and interesting company is looking to grow their client base and therefore are looking for a business development professional to help grow their territory.

The Role:

  • Pitching and increasing the market share for the business in their respective market, this is currently dominated by clients in the midlands, and your role will be to develop the south.
  • Utilising strong business to business sales experience, you will seek out decision makers and raise the company's profile.
  • You will build and develop strong working relationships with companies who are likely to need to this business' products and services.

The Person:

  • Experience within a business development role ideally within a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong self marketeer, and someone that is confident communicating with all levels of customer.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Thrives when working in a pressurised environment, and comfortable working to KPI's and targets.

This is not an entry level role; you will be expected to show that you have the relevant skills and experience within business development.
