The Role:

As a Qualified Early Years Teacher, you will have the opportunity to lay the groundwork for the educational journey of our youngest students. You will be responsible for creating nurturing learning environments, developing engaging activities, and ensuring each child's early experiences are positive and enriching. Collaboration with colleagues and a commitment to delivering developmentally appropriate activities are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Qualified Early Years Teacher, you will:

  • Develop and implement creative and stimulating activities tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their holistic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
  • Engage with parents to foster strong partnerships between home and school.
