An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, confident Quantity Surveyor to join a bespoke, luxury developer in Surrey.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will initially work on an exciting 2m high-end Residential conversion and new build scheme in Cobham, about 15 minutes from the office, which is set to take about 12-18 months.

The role will also open up to include other upcoming developments. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for a range of projects commercially from conception to final accounts. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage the day-to-day tasks on super prime projects from 1m - 5m.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step up or for a more established QS to join a dynamic Developer and work on interesting high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities:

Applications for Payments
Change control
Site visits
Taking ownership of cost to completes and cost value reconciliations on your projects
Valuation and production of payments applications
Liaising with clients and suppliers to build relationships

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

Experience working with a Developer / House Builder
Experience working on residential projects
Experience working on projects to completion
A HNC or degree qualification
