Main Objectives:
The role is primarily to carry out routine incoming material inspections, dispositioning, and transacting material on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In addition, there will be a requirement to carry out first article inspections and write up FAI reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for adhering to the Company’s ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental and ISO45001 Health and Safety management systems.
- Carry out routine incoming material inspections, dispositioning, and transacting material on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Carry out first article inspections and write up FAI reports.
- Processing and submitting NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and communicating internally and with supply chain as required to resolve.
- Carrying out internal audits and manage internal audit findings and responses. Supporting supplier audits and follow up of audit responses.
- Update regular Quality department reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as necessary.
- Analysis of company data to help identify potential quality issues and support initiatives to improve product performance and processes.
- Initiating Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Engineering Request Notes (ERN) based on analysis.
- Conducting internal audits to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 Management Systems and following up audits actions.
- Attending Materials Review Boards and processing MRB.

Education / Experience Required
- Ideally with a Quality background and familiar with ISO9001 and ISO 14001 management system and environmental regulations.
- Ideally familiar with electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical components
- Enjoys handling detail and ensuring information supplied is correct and accurate.
- Good IT skills and computer literacy particularly Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of databases.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to work with personnel at all levels within the company.
