Job Title: Senior Sous Chef (3 Rosette Restaurant)

Salary: 40,000 per annum + 10% Bonus + 5,000 - 6,000 Tronc

Are you a culinary virtuoso with a passion for creating exquisite dining experiences? We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our prestigious 3 Rosette restaurant, where culinary artistry meets innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute menu concepts that reflect our commitment to excellence.
  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure kitchen operations run seamlessly, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus, utilizing fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in an upscale dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for creating culinary masterpieces and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to kitchen management.
