Salary: 36,000 per annum + 3,000 - 4,000 Tronc

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus, utilising fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in an upscale dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
