Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a beautiful multi award-winning fine dining restaurant in Colchester Essex and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team. This position requires a skilled and competent Chef that has worked in a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin environment

Package
- £40,000 as a basic
- Between £5-6k in tips per year

What's involved?A successful Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly talented Head Chef. The team relies on each member of the team to work where required but offers a reliable support system. Your input will be invaluable, and you will be able to put ideas forward when developing new dishes. You will be expected to manage the team, rotas, stock takes, 1-2-1's and training.
