Location: Hybrid – Colchester

Salary: Negotiable + uncapped Commission + annual Bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our client’s rapidly expanding team as a Client Success Manager. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work with some of our client’s most valuable key accounts in the Middle East and Europe, particularly within the big industrials sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing service revenue, renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee and nurture key accounts in Europe, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our client’s products and services.
  • Revenue Management: Drive service revenue through effective account management and renewal strategies.
  • Negotiations: Handle account renewal negotiations, prepare quotations, and ensure contract renewals.
  • Client Visits: Occasionally travel to visit key accounts, fostering in-person relationships and understanding their evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Middle East: Essential to have experience working on the Middle East market in person and remote with a strong understanding of business and cultural values.
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B Account Management or Client/Customer Success, with a strong background in SaaS considered highly advantageous.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable and confident presenting to customers both remotely and in person.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Excel, an ERP, and a CRM application.
  • Travel: Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Colchester and occasionally for client visits and business meetings.
  • Language (not essential): Arabic desirable, any other European language advantageous
