Yes? I'd be keen to discuss A New Build Sales Negotiator position I am currently working on with a luxury property developer in Colchester
Day to day duties:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Communicating with customers from the point they enquire to the point they move into their property
- Showcasing the whole development portfolio profile and upselling
- Conducting viewings
- Following up with customers after their viewing or appointment
- Keeping both the buyer & legal teams up to date with exchange and completion dates
- Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
- Progressing the sales and working to a tight deadline between exchange & completion
- Working closely with the site, progression & customer relations team
