Credit Controller
Our client, one of the top accountancy firms in the Southeast are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join the finance team at their Ipswich office.
The right candidate will report into the Finance Ops Manager as they provide support to the wider team. Full or Part-time applications will be considered, but ideally a minimum of three days per week.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Chasing outstanding debtors
- Developing good relationships with clients.
- Taking and allocating payments.
- Bringing outstanding debtors up to date.
- Reducing debtors date through accurate analysis of payments due.
- Implementing efficient procedures and relevant change.
- Negotiating payment plans for our clients and setting up Direct Debits.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in the role essential
