This store is a Rolex showroom, and would suit somebody with experience of creating, long lasting relationships with customers, with the ability to assist with coaching a team to do the same. This role will suit somebody with the following experience and abilities:

• Experience in relevant industry (luxury watches or jewellery, Rolex experience a real plus)
• An expert in clientelling and the ability to coach a team in how to successfully build and manage a client book
• Somebody who can help create a culture of coaching and teamwork within a showroom
• A pro-active relationship developer who is able to assist in delivering commercially, both in terms of sales and also in events
• A person with a track of developing individuals and teams into high performers, turning high potential in to high achieving
