Location: Colchester 

Salary: £90 - £130 per day 

Contract Type: Full Time 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise classes and ensure a constructive learning environment. 

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teaching staff. 

• Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline. 

• Provide feedback on student performance to teachers. 

Requirements: 

• Experience in a school setting, preferably as a Cover Supervisor. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different learning environments. 

• Commitment to professional development and learning.
