Senior Billing Coordinator

Colchester - Hybrid working - 3 office / 2 WFH (after initial training)
35 hour week. Free onsite car park
My client is looking for an experienced Billing Clerk who is a strong communicator to join our busy Finance Department within the Accounts Receivable Billing Team.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely recording of contracts against resident, local authority and NHS customer accounts
- Raising of complex invoices and credit notes
- Identifying process improvement and assisting with implementing changes to drive efficiencies
Requirements
- Strong experience with sales order entry and sales order billing
- You need to have a good eye for detail with the ability to stop errors
- Working closely with the rest of the AR teams and Credit control
- Strong confident communicator
- The ability to build & maintain relationships internally and externally
- To achieve the top end of the salary candidates would need to have billing experience within the Care industry.
- My client is looking for someone who is solutions orientated and will be able to work with the Head of Transactional Finance to drive changes to improve efficiencies in the department.
