Salary - up to £65,000 + 10/15% Financial Performance Bonus + Benefits Package
An exciting and new opportunity has come up working for one of the largest FM companies across the UK with an annual operating revenue of £17b. This company covers the hard and soft services across some of the largest clients within the commercial, domestic and industrial industry.
We're recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work at a well known MOD site based in Colchester working directly with the FM company and the client delivery mostly small works projects up to £100k. There is already approximately £26m worth of works at this site in the next 3-5 years meaning we are looking for someone with experience dealing with small and large projects. Someone with experience in the Facilities Management industry is also ideal but not essential.
