Job Opportunity: MET TechnicianJoin a leading bodyshop team as a MET Technician, focused on repairing accident-damaged vehicles. This role requires precision and dedication to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and accurate repairs based on estimates and insurer directives, maximizing labor sales.
- Maintain the highest quality standards to minimize rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report any additional damage found during repairs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Complete all necessary documentation according to company standards.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and safety standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in MET techniques with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proactive in reporting issues and responsive to management directives.

Offer:
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- Competitive salary up to £33,280 per annum, with an uncapped bonus potential exceeding £40K, including team bonuses.
