We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager for a permanent opportunity. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within the department ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
Duties:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Manage and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost control
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of financial services, financial planning, and financial management principles
- Proficient in cost control techniques and financial accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
