Tradewind is currently seeking a committed Teaching Assistant for a lovely secondary school in Congleton!
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Congleton
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to permanent
Pay: £85 - £100 per day
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with special educational needs (SEN), empowering them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering personalised one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to deliver small group instruction
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students' emotional and social development
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or transferable child-based experience
- Enthusiastic attitude and Strong communication skills
- Commitment to supporting student well-being
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure
- Able to provide Full CV history with all employment and education included
