Do you want to work as a Lead Nurse?
A fantastic GP surgery located in the Corby region is currently seeking a Lead Nurse to join their team on a permanent, salaried basis. This position is open to all backgrounds, but you must have a strong knowledge of primary care and have experience leading a team of nurses.
As the Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and leading the nursing teams, overseeing all aspects of their clinical performance and speciality clinical services. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day services, leading service improvement and development programs, and acting as a role model to deliver high clinical and operational performance standards by developing and supporting the nursing teams in all aspects of clinical and professional practice.
The surgery requires a full-time employee for this role, with a salary of up to £60k per year, and you will receive 30 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
The surgery has an excellent CQC report that has been maintained over many years, which is indicative of the practice's success.
