We are currently seeking a full time, permanent, Customer Service Supervisor to join our small but busy client in Corby, Northants.
Overview
- Lead a small customer service team ensuring targets are met
Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Set and review daily targets, utilising call performance reports to drive sales
- Call Workflow Management: Ensure team adherence to call workflows, fostering customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Promotional Planning: Devise and execute promotional weeks, including upselling strategies
- Data Management: Maintain high-quality information in the customer database
- Campaign Coordination: Efficiently manage customer marketing campaigns and implement internal campaigns to boost sales
- Complaint Resolution: Record and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Administration
- Run daily call reports
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate timesheets for payroll purposes
Skills
