The role as a teaching assistant would involve supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2. Making sure to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills is key to compliment this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in classroom management and preparing for the day.
- Work on a 1:1 and small group basis to engage the pupils in their learning.
- Supervise the children through lunch breaks if needed.
- Be passionate and dedicated on providing children with the best education and encouraging their learning and development.
- General administrative duties
