Based in Coventry, our market-leading Global business based within the data security industry are searching for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team!

The package & benefits for Business Development Representative:

  • A package of up to £42,000
  • An uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £65,000
  • Guaranteed 50% commission for your first 3 months whilst you build pipeline

The role of Business Development Representative:

The Business Development role will involve you bringing in New Business for the Coventry territory, you will be tasked with identifying prospects and converting them, meeting clients and closing sales

Experience wise for the Business Development Representative, we need:

  • An experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record in New Business
  • Someone with enthusiasm who has the desire "earn and learn"
  • A self starter with a hunter mentality who is hungry for a new challenge within Business Development
