We are looking for a motivated Engineering Stores Administrator to join a market leading food manufacturer. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong candidate looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company. This role is more office based than hands on so may appeal to someone looking to take a step back.
Role Description:
- Order parts when inventories are at the minimum quantity.
- Raise purchase orders on SAP and update budget sheets
- Responsible for removal of department engineering repairs to contractors
- File delivery notes of all received parts and log onto SAP
- Tracking shipments to meet deadlines
- Overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchasing and pricing
- Maintain accurate inventory, records and transaction reports
- Ensure the stores shelves are stocked with parts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Engineering Stores Experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and SAP
- Food Industry Experience - Advantageous
