Electrician

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our Growing repairs and maintenance team in Coventry

Working for an established and thriving Housing Association you will be responsible for the maintenance of domestic homes throughout Coventry

As an Electrician in the repairs and maintenance team you will be responsible for all Electrical works within void and tenanted homes. You will also be delivering a high standard of service to tenants and customers.

Electrician duties will include;

• Domestic Installations
• Testing and Inspecting
• Fault Finding
• Lighting Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems

In housing you can make a real difference, the role of a Trade Engineer will involve:

• Conducting reactive repairs within customers' homes
• Dealing with emergencies that could be a threat to life and property as well as routine maintenance.
• Responding to prearranged repair appointments
• To actively drive and promote a first-time fix repairs culture
• Be forthcoming with new ideas and solutions to improve our service offering.

As a Trade Engineer you must have:

• A relevant qualification in one core trade
• Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
• Driving licence
• Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
