SEND Teaching Assistant

Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a SEND Secondary School in Coventry who require several Teaching Assistants to join their school and work 1:1 with pupils delivering intervention.

Many of the pupils in the school have experienced difficulties of some kind that have left them emotionally and academically vulnerable within mainstream schools and may have been out of mainstream education for long periods of time. Many of the young people will have previously encountered negative educational experiences, and as such, arrive with low self-esteem and confidence. The school provides an effective bespoke and personalised specialist education and enjoy a strong relationship with the families of the children who attend.
