Hr Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily HR inquiries from the site
• Offer confidential support and guidance to both site managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Act as a representative of the HR team in local site meetings
• Provide assistance to the senior HR Manager
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives
• Manage absence through liaison with Occupational Health as needed
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations

Desired Experience:

• CIPD qualification or in progress would be advantageous...
