ICT Technician

My client is seeking an ICT Technician to join their growing team in Coventry. The role provides onsite support to our client's schools, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT needs. A car and driving license are essential for this role and fuel expenses are included.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional 2nd line support experience

Salary: £25-30k

Responsibilities and duties:

  • 1st and 2nd line support
  • A car and driving license
  • Provide an approachable, friendly service to our clients
  • Resolve, advise and assist any IT issues that arise
  • Work alongside existing technicians and further develop your understanding of the role
  • Assist with migrations at client sites
  • Perform regular maintenance and checks
  • Remotely resolve issues using the helpdesk
  • Provide telephone support.
  • Occasionally visit other client sites
