Commercial Property Paralegal
Our client is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their fast-paced team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Commercial Property Department to be able to easily take on the role from day one, alongside full training on internal systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- To prepare correspondence and documents through audiotyping and word processing.
- File opening, closing and registrations
- Using Land Registry portal
- Dealing with clients in person and via telephone
- Taking messages
- General office duties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements e.g., CML, CQS, SRA and anti-money laundering.
Candidate Specification:
- Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of MS Word (track changes and formatting of large documents) and Outlook.
- Previous experience within the role
- Previous experience within a Commercial Property Department
