  • Your new company: You will be joining an industry-leading contractor based in Coventry.   • Your new role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring projects costs, tracking progress and cash flow forecast information, preparing and submitting interim valuations and payment applications to clients, managing and tracking project changes/variations, as well as supporting the operational team in commercial and contractual aspects.
  • What you'll need to succeed: You will need previous experience working on heavy civils schemes and good working knowledge of NEC form of contracts. You should be able to prioritise workloads and work within deadlines, as well as have sound interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
