Quantity Surveyor- Commercial Interiors

Leading privately owned main - contractor operating within leisure and commercial interiors has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to based from their office in Coventry.

You will have the opportunity to work on projects upto 2m including hotel refurbishments, office fit outs, restaurant fit-outs and other interesting schemes.

Skills:

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail

Cost value reporting

Final accounts.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Time management skills to meet project deadlines
