A leading manufacturer of cleaning, hygiene and personal care chemicals is lookingto recruit a regulatory administrator or regulatory officer to their team.

With experience within the detergents, homecare, agrochemical or personal care industries, the successful applicantwill report to the Regulatory manager, assisting across the entire product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct regulatory research and analysis
  • Maintain key chemical regulatory documents
  • Compile regulatory dossiers to support product approval globally
  • Authoring and maintenance of safety data sheets
  • Tracking chemical and other regulatory changes, assessing the impact of changes on products, communication of the changes to the business and production of chemical regulatory documents such as SDSs, labels and certificates of compliance.
  • respond to regulatory enquiries from internal departments and external clients

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Science based degree
  • Prior chemical regulatory knowledge
  • Experience of researching regulatory changes is ideal, providing regulatory support to an internal department and SDS authoring experience is preferable
  • At least some experience in some of following areas: GHS, CLP (EC) No 1272/2008, BPR,Regulation(EU) 528/2012 and the Detergents Regulation. SDSs, labels, classification, regulatory support
