Were looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support learners across a range of needs from Autism and ADHD to SEMH and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).

Whether you're seeking flexible daily supply or something more long-term, we want to speak with individuals who bring patience, passion, and presence to every classroom they enter.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND especially Autism, ADHD, SEMH or SLCN
• Confidence working across EYFS/KS1/KS2
• A calm, nurturing approach and strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt on the spot and follow EHCPs and personalised plans
• Reliable, professional and ready to hit the ground running

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience with PECs, Makaton or other communication strategies
• A relevant qualification in SEND, Childcare or Education
• Previous work within specialist or alternative provisions
• A team mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for pupils
