Job Responsibilities of this Biology Teacher job in Cradley Heath
- Develop and deliver captivating Biology lessons to inspire and motivate students.
- Facilitate hands-on experiments and investigations to deepen understanding of biological concepts.
- Guide students in applying scientific knowledge to real-world biological problems.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering personalised support as necessary.
- Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Establish strong connections with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and student progress monitoring (QTS not obligatory).
- Genuine passion for working with students, particularly those needing additional support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ignite curiosity and critical thinking in young minds.
- Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and a positive demeanour.
