We have an exciting opportunity to join our Rewards and Benefits team in either Craigavon or Warwick reporting to the Rewards Partner.

As the Reward Advisor you will support the design, delivery, and implementation of Pilgrim’s Europe Reward strategy and cyclical activities through advice, guidance, and analytics. You will provide data analysis, draft reward communications, and support the development of Reward processes for circa 17,500 employees across 31 sites. This includes driving synergies and savings for Pilgrim’s Europe.

The Reward Advisor will carry out an essential role and liaise between the HR Teams, external providers, payroll, and finance teams. Their role is to ensure that all processes are carried out correctly and the systems updated accurately to meet the needs of the business.


Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years’ experience as a Reward or HR Advisor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
  • Highly analytical and numerate with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and flexible.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills. Be able to communicate effectively with all levels across the business.
  • Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information / data while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and proven track record of working to a high standard.
  • Positive attitude to work.
