Your new role
As a Mechanical Product Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our product systems. Your responsibilities will span various domains, including mechanical and electrical powertrains, electronic systems, software, control systems, hydraulic systems, and telemetry. Here's what you'll be doing: collaborating closely with design engineering, software engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues. Participating in new product introduction projects, from initial design concepts through testing and validation. Conducting technical root cause analyses to identify and address product improvement opportunities. Reviewing 3D models and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.



What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering field. Your educational background will provide the foundation for your technical expertise. Experience in Troubleshooting/Problem-Solving and/or Product Improvement: Your ability to diagnose and solve complex issues will be crucial. Proficiency in interpreting Engineering Drawings and Electrical/Hydraulic Schematics: You'll navigate intricate technical documentation with ease.
