Adecco is currently recruiting for experienced cleaners on temporary basis for our client based in Cramlington.

This role is initially for 3 months, with a view to become permanent.

The role will involve working on a Continental shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off 6pm - 6am with a pay rate of £26,065 plus 20% shift allowance. The facility operates to pharmaceutical standards and a critical part of this is the cleaning team who ensure production and support areas are cleaned to the highest standards. You will be responsible for all aspects of facility cleaning, including production area, offices, reception, washrooms and warehousing.Duties:

  • Undertake facility cleaning across the site
  • Ensure stock levels of cleaning products are maintained
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained within the manufacturing facility.
  • Maintain 7S standards within all departments.
  • Complete all daily cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure that all cGMP is followed in clean room areas.
  • Support manufacturing requirements on a daily basis with regards to removal of waste.
  • Waste management on site.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Able to follow procedure and adhere to timeframes
  • Work as part of a small team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, cleanroom or medical environment is desirable but not essential
