Job Duties:- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs
- Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Managing project finances, including budgeting and cost control
- Advising on legal and contractual issues
- Assessing and minimising risk
- Collaborating with project teams, clients, and suppliers
- Preparing progress and financial reports
- Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
RICS or open to working towards RICS
Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
- NEC 4 contract experience
- Excellent numerical and financial management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- RICS
Office-based with some site visits as required.
Full-time hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
Hybrid working 2 days per week.
